Our Event Calendar

All practices will be at Cathedral Catholic High School, either in the Weight Room of the Claver Center (#10 on the campus map to the right) or down on the Lower Field (#14 on the campus map to the right).  


IMPORTANT: All athletes should come prepared with cleats, running shoes and plenty of water.

WEEKLY TRAINING SCHEDULE:

  • Mondays: 6 to 8pm

  • Wednesdays: 6 to 8pm

  • Saturdays: 8 to 10:30am

    • 8 to 9am – workout in the Weight Room (12 & up ONLY)

    • 9-10:30am – workout on the Lower Field (everyone)
