All practices will be at Cathedral Catholic High School, either in the Weight Room of the Claver Center (#10 on the campus map to the right) or down on the Lower Field (#14 on the campus map to the right).
IMPORTANT: All athletes should come prepared with cleats, running shoes and plenty of water.
Mondays: 6 to 8pm
Wednesdays: 6 to 8pm
Saturdays: 8 to 10:30am
8 to 9am – workout in the Weight Room (12 & up ONLY)
9-10:30am – workout on the Lower Field (everyone)
